Commercial Large Loss Consultant Red Door Contracting LLC Birmingham, AL Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Commercial Large Loss Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing commercial buildings associated with weather related insurance claims, working with insurance carriers, and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Your expertise in commercial roofing systems and organizational skills will be essential in helping our clients get approved by their insurance carriers and ultimately working with them all the way through the replacement. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of commercial buildings to determine if they qualify for a claim. Analyze all different types of materials and understand what weather related damages to each material looks like. Collaborate with clients to develop tailored strategies that align with their specific building needs. Provide guidance on the insurance claims process and ensure clients are working with the best experts. Utilize weather tracking software to track potential claims and generate reports for clients. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to the commercial roofing and insurance industries. Maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven experience in D2D or B2B sales preferably dealing with insurance claims. Strong skills in communication with the ability to present reports and findings to clients. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating the ability to build rapport with clients effectively. Proficiency in estimating is preferred but not required. Familiarity with software for data analysis and reporting purposes. Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
