Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Review inspections for grammar errors, regulation accuracy, and description info.
- Communicate with Techs as needed to correct inspections.
- Provide inspection reports to Ace’s Branches and Sales Teams.
- Research inspections via computer application as needed.
- Evaluate inspections for accuracy of repairs needed.
- Maintain professional presentation, timeliness, appearance, and organization in all areas.
- Builds and maintains customer confidence by maintaining good response time, informing customer of problems, and completing the job in a timely manner.
Required Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to understand inspections to
OSHA/ANSI
criteria
- Excellent communication skills
