Workers Compensation Complex Claims – Meriden, CT WorkersCompensation Insurance Claims Representative Adjuster ExaminerWorkers Workers’ Comp _ .

REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE

Seekingindividual with at least 3 years experience investigating,evaluating and adjudicating complex workers compensation cases ofhigh exposure and severity.

Activities:

Investigates claims todetermine coverage responsibility. Establish compensability andexposure accuracy. Collaborative establish medical managementstrategies on high dollar complex claims. Reviews claims and makesresolution strategy recommendations. Participates in pricing,reserving. Support outside counsel in managing litigated files.

Identifies and appropriately processes suspicious or potentiallyadverse claims and those with third party subrogation potential.
