Candidates must have strong experience in property claims handling, with exceptional proficiency in Xactimate and Xactanalysis. A keen eye for detail, solid estimating skills and superior written communication skills are essential, as the role involves writing detailed reports and reviewing submissions from field adjusters. Liability experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Property Claims Handling :

Manage property claims remotely from initial filing to resolution, including supplements, personal property valuations, and quality control of field adjuster reports. Ensure accuracy and clarity in all documentation.

Report Writing and Review :

Produce precise, well-written reports and thoroughly review and correct reports submitted by field adjusters to maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy.

Administrative Excellence :

Analyze external submissions, maintain organized records, and foster strong client relationships through clear and professional communication.

Collaboration :

Work closely with field adjusters to ensure consistency and quality in claim handling, providing guidance and feedback as needed.

Skill Development :

While focused on property claims, opportunities exist to gain exposure to other claim types, such as general liability, aviation, or marine claims, as Accelerated handles a broad spectrum of claims.
