Randstad is seeking an Automotive Claims Payment Specialist for a contract role in Deerfield Beach, FL. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for meticulously reviewing, analyzing, and processing claims payment requests for automotive repairs. You’ll play a crucial part in ensuring accurate payments by validating billing information against authorization details, all while adhering to established internal policies and procedures. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of working 2 days in our Deerfield Beach office and 3 days from the comfort of your home.
What you bring to the role: High School diploma or equivalent required.
Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and deadlines.
Quick to grasp and implement new processes and technical enhancements.
Flexibility to transition between work queues autonomously as business needs arise.
Industry experience is required, with preferred knowledge in: Automotive DealershipAuto RepairAccountingBookkeepingAccounts Payable Must be open to working overtime, especially during month-end close.
Ability and willingness to work overtime, Saturdays, and holidays as needed.

Utilizing multiple computer programs to process claims, review policies, labor times, and retrieve necessary documents.
Processing payments to dealer statements via check or credit card.
