Role:

As a Quality Assurance Agent , your primary responsibility will be to listen to recorded sales calls , evaluate agent performance , and report findings to the Sales Manager . Your work will directly support agent improvement and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Listen to daily recorded sales calls and assess quality using a scoring rubric Provide objective, written feedback on compliance, professionalism, and effectiveness Identify trends in agent performance and flag any issues or coaching opportunities Work closely with the Sales Manager to relay call scores and recommendations
