Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our growing team of adjusters. This is a unique opportunity for: Licensed General Lines Adjusters interested in transitioning into public adjusting. Experienced Adjusters seeking more autonomy and client advocacy. Newcomers who want to explore a rewarding career in the claims and insurance space. You’ll work alongside seasoned public adjusters while learning the ropes of policy interpretation, claims preparation, negotiation, and client communication.

Responsibilities:

Assist in evaluating residential and/or commercial property claims Conduct site inspections, document damages, and gather necessary claim evidence Collaborate with clients, contractors, and public adjusters to build strong claim files Learn to interpret insurance policies and endorsements Participate in settlement discussions and advocate for policyholders Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the claim process

Qualifications:

General Lines Adjuster License (preferred but not required initially) Willingness to obtain a Public Adjuster License (we help guide this process) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and documentation Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Previous adjusting, construction, or customer service experience is a plus
