Help families restore their homes after hurricanes, hail, and high winds. The First Year Is Training — and It Pays We don’t expect perfection out the gate. Your first year is all about learning and earning.

You’ll:

Get paid training while you canvass neighborhoods offering free inspections. Help your first 50 customers get insurance claims approved, and you make your first six figures with the construction company you choose to work with. Learn how to document damage, take accurate photos, and walk homeowners through the process. Begin mastering storm restoration construction and sales. Month 2: Just 4 completed jobs = $8,000+ commission Month 3: 8 completed jobs = $16,000+ commission After that? Monthly five-figure income is the norm for those who hustle.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Knock on 40 doors a day in storm-affected neighborhoods Offer homeowners free exterior inspections Document storm damage for insurance claims Help clients navigate the process and deliver 5-star service Work directly with experienced project managers and restoration crews
