Duties Leading a small team with confidence and consistency Training new team members using proven systems Supporting and developing others to hit goals and stay accountable Helping build a culture of excellence, purpose, and discipline Communicating directly with leadership and playing a key role in team growth Conduct employee orientation and training sessions to foster a knowledgeable workforce. Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to enhance team productivity. Collaborate with management to develop strategies for improving market presence and customer engagement.
