This role supports internal teams by gathering key incident data, facilitating communication with field teams, and maintaining detailed records required for claims processing. The position ensures timely and accurate intake of damage claims, technical support during assessments, and coordination with insurance providers, legal representatives. Responsibilities Serve as the primary coordinator for reported utility, construction and fulfillment -related damages. Intake and log new incidents, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into internal tracking systems. Communicate with field personnel to confirm incident details and gather photographs, notes, and supporting documentation. Assist in reviewing technical documentation such as construction plans, utility markings and environmental conditions at the time of damage when applicable. Coordinate schedules and communication between internal teams, insurance adjusters, and legal counsel. Maintain complete and organized records of all claim files, correspondence, reports, and assessments. Support the development of damage prevention strategies based on recurring trends and root cause analysis findings. Assist in creating claims reports and summaries for internal use and insurance purposes. Track incident resolution timelines, status updates, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards. Provide administrative support during insurance renewals, legal proceedings, and audits.
Requirements Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications in construction, utility safety, or claims handling preferred.
Experience:
2+years in claims support, utility construction, or damage coordination Familiarity with damage investigation processes, insurance procedures, or field reporting
Exposure:
