TALLAHASSEE, FLORIDA.

Seeking candidates with strong all-lines experience including litigation skills. Prefer personnel with at least 4+ or more years of previous claims management experience with at least 10+ years of overall claims experience. Prefer candidates with prior experience as a staff claims manager with an insurance carrier Ideal position for the candidate who enjoys the oversight aspects of claims, working with adjusters to improve their skills, quality assurance and ensuring claims are handled in a time sensitive manner, etc. You must have a Florida 620 adjuster license These are some

• but not all
• of the duties for the claims manager: You will be providing supervision to your in-house team of adjusters
• ensuring they meet the company guidelines, as well as best claims practices, in determining coverage, reserving, writing RORs, writing denials, identifying subrogation, identifying salvage, etc. for HO, BI, PD, GL, or litigated claims You will be responsible for your team’s performance reviews You must have a Florida adjuster’s license 620 or 720. Schedule is Monday
• Friday, 8 am
• 5 pm with an hour for lunch.
