Job Overview:

The Claim Specialist is responsible for auditing all UPS and FedEx invoices to identify overages, chargebacks, and discrepancies. This role ensures that all shipping costs align with actual shipments and reconciles invoices against what finance has billed customers. Additionally, the Claim Specialist manages and processes claims for lost, stolen, misrouted, or damaged packages, ensuring timely resolution and reimbursement.

Key Responsibilities:

Audit all UPS and FedEx invoices for discrepancies, overages, and chargebacks. Reconcile shipping invoices against actual shipments and customer billing records. Monitor and manage all returns , ensuring accurate tracking and processing. File and track claims for lost, stolen, or misrouted packages with UPS and FedEx. Investigate shipping errors and collaborate with finance and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies. Ensure compliance with carrier agreements to optimize cost savings and efficiency. Provide reports and insights on shipping costs, claims, and trends for process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus) Must possess a bachelor’s degree Strong analytical and auditing skills Experience with shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx) and their billing processes Proficiency in financial reconciliation and data management Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate effectively with finance and logistics teams Core Values The Pharmacy Hub is dedicated to breaking barriers in healthcare by championing access, intervention and affordability.
