Claims:

Provide leadership and direction for the process specialist team by setting goals, objectives, and priorities, including system enhancements needed. Ensure claim process initiatives are aligned with the latest technologies, methodologies, and industry best practices. Work cross-functionally with senior leadership within the organization to drive enhancements and improvements for the claims department. Create and implement quality control measures to ensure consistency and accuracy. Implement risk management strategies to ensure successful innovation outcomes. What we are looking for as Business Process Manager for

Claims:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Informatics, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in claims management and employee management, as well as process improvement required Property and Casualty Insurance industry claims experience preferred Guidewire Claims Center experience preferred Knowledge of statutory requirements Certifications/Licenses we are looking for: Lean Six Sigma Certification preferred FL Adjusters license 6-20 required within 1 month of start date Why work for Frontline Insurance?
