⚐ ⚑ ⚑ Manufactured Home walk-through Inspections (Jacksonville to Daytona / Coastal) compensation: base fee per inspection, mileage applicable if outside certain radius A national manufactured home appraisal company is looking to hire a part-time/contract field representative to cover the Jacksonville coastal are down to Daytona (give or take). Applicants must have a neat appearance, be able to schedule their own appointments, have their own transportation, and be able to submit paperwork and photos to our main office. No prior training or special schooling is required. We will provide any needed training. You will need a 100 foot tape measure, a digital camera or smart phone, and a computer with internet access. Each inspection will take about 30 minutes to complete, then about 10 minutes to submit the paperwork & photos. Our base fee paid per file is $65.00+ but varies for other types of work we offer/provide. If you are interested please send a with the words “NE FL.
