Insurance Claims Coordinator Southern Elite Roofing, Inc Kennesaw, GA 30144 Job Overview Southern Elite Roofing is hiring a Claims Coordinator to manage insurance claims for roofing, mitigation, and restoration projects. This is an in-office position based in Kennesaw, GA. The role starts as a part-time contractor with the goal of transitioning to a permanent, full-time position. We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and experienced with Xactimate. You’ll help keep claims moving forward, submit estimates and supplements, follow up with insurance carriers, and make sure all documentation is in order. Duties Track and manage open insurance claims Write and revise estimates and supplements in Xactimate Communicate with adjusters, homeowners, and internal team members Keep claim documentation updated in AccuLynx Follow up on unpaid claims and ensure timelines are met Help move jobs efficiently through each stage of the claim workflow Maintain thorough records of all communications and transactions related to claims processing. Qualifications Xactimate experience is required Prior experience with insurance claims (roofing, mitigation, or restoration) Strong attention to detail and follow-through Professional communication skills (email and phone) Self-motivated and organized Must work on-site in Kennesaw (this is not a remote role) Preferred (Not Required): AccuLynx experience Roofing or construction background Familiarity with insurance carrier processes and documentation
