We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Auto Physical Damage Claims Adjuster to handle complex claims involving commercial vehicles. This role requires expertise in evaluating damages, negotiating settlements, and ensuring claims are resolved efficiently and fairly. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in commercial auto claims, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in insurance, claims management, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years of experience handling commercial auto physical damage claims. In-depth knowledge of insurance policies, coverage interpretations, and claims handling procedures. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively. Adjuster license(s) as required by state regulations. Analyze policy coverage and determine claim eligibility based on policy terms and conditions. Communicate with insureds, claimants, attorneys, repair facilities, and other relevant parties to ensure timely and fair claim resolution. Review repair estimates, negotiate repair costs, and work with appraisers to ensure accurate damage assessments. Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities when applicable. Maintain detailed and accurate claim documentation within the claims management system. Provide exceptional customer service to policyholders and other stakeholders throughout the claims process. Stay current with industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices related to commercial auto claims. Qualifications
