Key 

Responsibilities:

Manage litigated claims involving disputes over coverage, liability, and damages.
Work in partnership with defense counsel and field adjusters to develop and execute resolution strategies.
Handle high-severity cases involving significant injuries with values exceeding $500K.
Analyze legal and medical documentation, conduct depositions, and oversee discovery.
Participate in mediation, arbitration, and trial preparation to minimize litigation costs.
Stay up to date with industry regulations, case law, and jurisdictional nuances.
Maintain adjuster licenses and continuing education credits.
What We’re Looking 

For:

5-8 years of experience handling litigated Auto Bodily Injury (ABI) claims within an insurance carrier.
Proven ability to manage complex litigation with large exposure cases.
strong knowledge of jurisdictional laws, bad faith claims, and negotiation strategies. Skills Commercial Litigation
