Job Description

Coordinator, Managed Care 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars 5665 New Northside Drive, Atlanta, GA 30328 The Managed Care Coordinator will support the Managed Care team with various tasks and projects related to revenue cycle and claims management, including but not limited to: o Review and analyze claims data to ensure appropriate reimbursement. o Research and prepare reports to identify claims-related trends and high-level reimbursement issues. o Work claims related to the

Independence Dispute Resolution o Appeal denied claims and underpaid claims and associated follow-up with insurers. o Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask. o Must be able to work well under pressure in a very fast-paced, high volume environment. o Effective verbal and written communication skills. o Team-first attitude, with the ability to work with colleagues in a responsible, professional, and proactive manner. o Strong problem solving and analytical skills. o Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office tools. o Commercial AR/ Denial experience preferred. o Experience in Athena Billing system preferred. o Experience with the NSA IDR process preferred. o 2+ years of health care claims / revenue cycle experience preferred. o High School Diploma or equivalent required.
