Warranty Claims Specialist 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars Atlanta, GA 30349 As a Warranty Processing Specialist, you will be managing customer inquiries and processing warranty claims efficiently. Your core skills in customer support, data entry, and communication will ensure a seamless experience for clients. You will utilize your organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office to handle shipping and receiving tasks effectively. Additionally, your ability to engage with customers through phone etiquette and your relevant experience in call center operations will enhance our service quality. Job Responsibilities:
- Correctly identify in warranty parts by date code for RMA processing with OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers).
- Small disassembly of parts is required to gain access to information that needs to be entered in database.
- Sorting of alike parts into separate containers for shipment.
- Internal communications via email and internal messenger.
- Ability to organize & process outgoing shipments (Boxes and/or Pallets).
- Ability to receive inbound returns and decrement from open order system.
- Log and report anomalies.
- Strong organization skills are very important and an attention to detail is a must.
- Assist other departments in the Reverse Logistics chain
Qualifications:
- High school diploma at the minimum
- Warehouse, data entry, and/or shipping – receiving experience preferred
- Candidate must pass a typing test that is based on speed and accuracy of data entry
- Ability to work up to 12 hour shifts
- Ability to work Saturdays, if necessary
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., if necessary (Team lift 50 lbs. + if necessary)
- Ability to work well as a member of a coordinated team, or work independently
- Experience with Microsoft Windows and Office and data input systems
