Auto Liability Claims Adjuster Trainee Position Available In East Baton Rouge, Louisiana

About the Role Duties & responsibilities (upon successful completion of training) Determine coverage and liability. Determine liability (who’s at fault for the damages) Interview customers, claimants, and witnesses Partner with appraisers/estimators to manage vehicle repairs Negotiate with customers and other insurance carriers to resolve claims. Document activities in claim file notes in clear, complete & concise manner. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree preferred 2 years of relevant work experience Required skills Customer service Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment Multitasking and time management skills Effective verbal and written communication skills.
