Claims Specialist 3.0 3.0 out of 5 stars 102 Asma Boulevard, Lafayette, LA 70508 The Claims Specialist serves as a contact person between new and existing transportation providers/mileage reimbursement members to answer questions and resolve any claims/billing related issues.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Informs Transportation Providers on proper claims submission procedures Identify and resolve problems with Transportation Provider Answers emails within a specified time frame as determined by Medi Trans, LLC. Checks emails and returns responses daily Reaches out to internal and external departments as needed Adheres to and ensures all company policies are maintained Performs other administrative duties as assigned
