Job Title - Claims Analyst
Duration - 6 months contract for now, possibility of extension depending on the needs.
Shift:
7 AM
- 4 PM
Looking for 2-3 years’ experience
Duties:
Intake responsibilities for the group
Handling claims for the Gas company
Receiving claims through email
Experience:
Verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Claims(Property claims, personal injury claims, damage claims, Property insurance)
Experience with handling customers TOP

Job Description:
The intake role would involve receiving and processing claims and then assigning the claim to the appropriate analyst. This person could also be responsible for making first contact with the customer and providing the assigned analyst’s name and contact information. Assigning these administrative tasks to a contingent worker would allow our analysts to focus on investigating and resolving claims.
Skills and Abilities:
Customer Service background; capable of professional, clear, and succinct written communication; with training, comfortable with using an online claims management system; comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for email.
