What You’ll Do:

✅ Verify patient insurance coverage and benefits, ensuring accurate records. ✅ Submit and track insurance claims while following up on outstanding balances. ✅ Communicate with patients about their insurance coverage, estimates, and financial options. ✅ Work closely with our front office and clinical team to provide seamless patient experiences. ✅ Stay updated on insurance policies and industry changes to maximize patient benefits.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Experience in dental insurance billing, verification, and claims processing. ✔ Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. ✔ Outstanding communication and customer service abilities. ✔ A team player who enjoys a family-oriented office environment. ✔ Proficiency in dental software (experience with Eaglesoft is a plus!).
