• Analyze and processplex auto andmercial transportation claims, including bodily injury and uninsured/underinsured motorist claims
• Review coverage,plete investigations, determine liability, and evaluate the scope of damages
• Manage litigation processes and coordinate with vendors, including independent adjusters
• Develop and maintain action plans to ensure timely resolution andpliance with state requirements
  Candidates for Claims Adjuster must meet the following requirements to be considered:
• Minimum of five (5) years of claims management experience, including bodily injury and liability handling
• Must hold a P&C license for resident state; additional state licenses highly preferred
• Experience with no-fault (PIP), subrogation, and risk transfer; litigation handling experience required for some roles
• Strongmunication, negotiation, andanizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and present cases to stakeholders

Pay Details:

$30.00 per hour
