The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex discussions and reach mutually beneficial agreements. As a Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating negotiations that align with our organizational goals while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders. Duties Case Evaluations and thorough research and analysis to prepare for negotiations. Use current successful negotiation strategy and develop additional strategies as necessary. Engage in discussions with other staff, insurance companies and attorneys to negotiate agreements and settlements. Communicate effectively to articulate positions clearly and persuasively while actively listening to counterarguments. Document negotiation outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and support negotiation efforts. Requirements Proven experience in negotiation or related fields, demonstrating successful outcomes. Experience with Auto Accident Claims is beneficial. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret medical data. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade diverse audiences. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with other staff and opposing parties while building collaborative relationships. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
