Full-Time We are a fast-growing global reinsurance speciality company servicing the insurance markets of Lloyd’s, Europe and North America. In recent years, we have been expanding our North American operations, which includes integrating an exceptional new Claims team. As a result of this growth, we are seeking an additional hands-on Claims Admin Team Lead to report to the Claims Operations Manager. This role will oversee the daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality output to support the wider Claims team at Compre. The role also will drive process improvements, lead training and development efforts, and act as a point of escalation for complex issues. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the administrative team, ensuring timely, efficient, and accurate processing of claims and administrative tasks. Monitor individual and team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs), providing feedback and support as needed. Manage the administration of claims documentation storage, inventory oversight, and claims-related scanning projects. Ensure compliance and accurate reporting, including managing Medicare in-house reporting and generating key claims-related reports. Act as a point of escalation for complex claims inquiries and administrative issues, resolving them efficiently. Drive process improvements by identifying gaps and implementing more effective workflows to optimize team performance. Lead and mentor the administrative team, providing regular coaching, training, and development opportunities. Collaborate with internal departments to support operational efficiency and meet organizational goals. Manage special projects ensuring timely execution and successful implementation. Oversee the generation of administrative reports for stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of claims data through ongoing review and cleansing. Supervise claims correspondence, scanning, filing and other administrative tasks, ensuring consistency, adherence to internal standards, and fostering a collaborative, team-oriented environment that supports continuous improvement. Skills Knowledge and Expertise 3+ years of experience in claims administration 1-2 years in a leadership role or similar experience. Experience in driving process improvements and optimizing administrative workflows. High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity. Proficiency in MS Office and claims management systems. Good stakeholder management skills, and the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across the business.
