Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Workers’ Compensation Follow-Up Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and following up on workers’ compensation claims to ensure timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow up on workers’ compensation claims to ensure they are processed accurately and timely
  • Communicate effectively with insurance companies, healthcare providers, and claimants to gather necessary information and resolve issues
  • Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in the claims process.
  • Generate and review reports to track the status of claims and identify any areas needing attention.
Shift:

Monday
