We’re currently seeking a Customer Service and Claims Support Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer service across email, phone, and live chat channels. Handle and process claims for online sales, including shipping damage, lost packages, and warranty concerns and fraud. Manage cross departmental order fulfillment and tracking from placement to delivery. Investigate and resolve customer order issues with a sense of urgency and empathy. Initiate and process product returns and exchanges, ensuring a smooth customer experience. Collaborate with internal departments and shipping carriers to resolve claim-related matters. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and claims.
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service experience; ecommerce and claims experience preferred. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with order management systems and shipping platforms (e.g., FedEx, UPS). Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
