Your Role:
You’ll play a critical role in evaluating coverage, liability, and damages for each unique claim. You’ll collaborate across teams and with external stakeholders to effectively investigate, negotiate, and resolve claims. Responsibilities Coverage Review Review the first notice of loss and policy details to confirm coverage Prepare disclaimers and reservation of rights letters when necessary Investigation & Analysis Conduct detailed investigations, including liability and damages assessments Interview witnesses, inspect scenes, and gather evidence Retain and direct independent adjusters in managing investigations ✅ Claims & Litigation Management Apply statutory and case law to evaluate liability exposure Maintain accurate reserves reflecting claim developments Manage claim files, negotiate settlements, and oversee defense counsel Prepare key reports, including reserve authority requests and reinsurance reports Cross-Team Collaboration Provide updates and collaborate with underwriting, compliance, and actuarial teams to maintain healthy products What You Bring Problem-Solving Skills

Qualifications Associate Claims Examiner:
Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience
Claims Examiner:
