The Administrative Services Assistant 2 will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the grant program. This will include but is not limited to: Paying medical claims Keeping detailed payment and billing records Day-to-day communication with program vendors Coordinating the printing and distribution of materials Providing TA on data system (Med-It) to vendors Data entry of services rendered (if needed) Assisting with onboarding new vendors . Experience with Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.) is required. Bachelor’s degree required. The preferred candidate will have experience with claims processing.
