Claims Specialist:
Collaborate with service advisors to submit extended warranty claims accurately Document claim details including approval numbers, parts pricing, and labor times Serve as the main point of contact for claims adjusters needing vehicle inspections Submit completed repair orders to warranty companies for payment Assist with providing accurate repair quotes to customers via phone Maintain and manage warranty claims for unsold inventory Support the service BDC (Business Development Center) by answering customer calls Qualifications/Requirements –
Claims Specialist:
Required:
Automotive knowledge and understanding of service operations Strong communication and customer service skills Professional appearance and punctual, dependable work ethic Valid driver’s license High school diploma or equivalent Authorization to work in the U.S. and pass background/MVR/drug screening
Preferred:
