Salary:

$52,500-$60,000 based on experience

Responsibilities:

Take statements from insureds, claimants, and witnesses Obtain and review evidence, reports, and medical records Investigate losses and identify coverage issues Negotiate settlements with claimants and claimant’s attorneys Evaluate policy coverage, contact insureds, claimants, attorneys, body shops while determining and establishing reserve requirements Demonstrates a high level of investigation, analysis, evaluation, and negotiation including interpretation of coverages

Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma required, College degree preferred

Experience:

1 year or more of experience (non-standard or standard) in auto claims handling preferred. •

Location:

•Must reside in Nashville area

Skills:

Microsoft Word, Excel Windows 95 or above, Microsoft Access, AS400 system and Internet browsing, typing 30 wpm, and good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

Knowledge:
