The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of loan processing, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Responsibilities Manage the finance and insurance processes for vehicle sales, including loan processing and contract preparation. Conduct credit analysis to assess customer eligibility for financing options. Utilize financial software to facilitate transactions and maintain accurate records. Ensure compliance with TILA regulations and other applicable laws in all financial dealings. Collaborate with sales staff to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities. Maintain a thorough understanding of dealership operations and financial products available to customers. Provide training and support to dealership staff on financial products and services. Develop strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Requirements Proven experience in a dealership environment, preferably in a finance or F&I role. Strong math skills with the ability to perform calculations accurately. Proficiency in financial software and tools used for loan processing and contract management. Familiarity with credit analysis processes and principles. Excellent customer relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service. Proficiency in DealerCenter Software and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to ensure compliance with all regulations.
