Full Job Description Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance & Credentialing Manager to support the implementation and maintenance of a structured credentialing and regulatory compliance program for a temporary correctional facility in South Florida. This W2 contract role is key to ensuring Correctional Officers (COs) and other personnel meet operational standards, hold valid credentials, and follow site-specific protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in executing and managing credentialing processes for all correctional staff Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and regulatory standards Maintain and track staff files, licenses, background checks, and training certifications Support onboarding, audit readiness, and document management Coordinate with facility leadership, HR, and training to ensure credentialing alignment Provide regular reporting on compliance status and documentation completeness Monitor deadlines and expirations related to credentials and qualifications Respond to internal inquiries regarding requirements, policies, and file status

Assignment Details:

W2 Contract (no benefits) Housing and meals included on base (no per diem or travel reimbursement) 84 hours/week – 12-hour shifts, 7 days/week

Rotational Schedule:

3 weeks on / 1 week off

Project Duration:

12 months

Qualifications:

Experience in credentialing, compliance coordination, or regulatory administration (required) Corrections or law enforcement experience strongly preferred Proficient in credentialing software, Microsoft Excel, and file tracking tools Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organization Ability to work in a fast-paced, field-based environment Must be able to pass a background check Strong written and verbal communication skills in English If you’re ready to help enforce high standards in a mission-critical environment, we encourage you to apply now .
