Regulatory Compliance Manager PharmaDev Clinical Research Institu Miami, FL 33176 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Research Regulatory Specialist to join our team. This role supports clinical and biomedical research operations by ensuring all regulatory documents and procedures meet institutional, federal, and sponsor requirements. The ideal candidate is organized, collaborative, and committed to upholding the highest standards of compliance and ethical research. Responsibilities Prepare, submit, and maintain regulatory documents for IRB, FDA, and other governing agencies. Ensure timely submissions and renewals for IRB applications, amendments, and continuing reviews. Maintain study regulatory binders and documentation in compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP). Collaborate with investigators, study teams, and sponsors to support start-up activities and ongoing compliance. Monitor and respond to protocol deviations, adverse events, and other reportable information. Keep current with changes in research regulations and institutional policies. Skills At least [2+] years of experience in regulatory affairs or research administration preferred. Knowledge of FDA, OHRP, and IRB guidelines and regulations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with electronic IRB systems and regulatory software is a plus.
