The Director-Quality, Security & Compliance is responsible for the physicalsecurity of the facility, ticket quality and compliance withindustry standards, maintenance of certifications and standards aswell as Information Technology maintenance and needs of thefacility.

The Director will serve as the client liaison for anysecurity questions or inquiries from customers. The Compliance andSecurity Manager reports to the Director and is directlyresponsible for the Security Team, physical security of facilityand all Compliance to ISO standards and other certifications IGTpursues and maintains.

The Quality Control Manager reports to theDirector and is responsible for ensuring printed product meetsindustry and client expectations for ticket security. The manageris responsible for implementation and maintenance of qualitycontrols.

The Information Technology Manager reports to the Directorand is responsible for management and security of the facilitiescomputer systems and networks.

ResponsibilitiesSecurity

  • -Coordinates physical security operations in accordance withestablished guidelines
  • Interfaces with lottery securitydirectors/investigators for routine and random inspections ofplant
  • Investigates and makes recommendations on alldiscrepancies on security violations
  • Interfaces with lotteryauditors (internal and external) for audit issues
  • Overseescontrol and destruction of non-conforming products.

Quality andProduct Security & Integrity

  • Aids the Quality Department onquality and ticket security related issues
  • Recommendsimprovements to the Quality Department on ticket testingprotocols
  • Reports to top Management on trends and performancecompared to other instant tickets manufacturers.

ISO Compliance

  • -Support the Compliance Manager on internal and external audits andcompliance to existing procedures
  • Provide directions forcontinuous improvement, client complaint response.

InformationTechnology

  • Support the IT Manager on maintenance andimplementation of IT infrastructure and projects
  • Assist withaudits
  • Help present new technology ideas to managementteam.

Other

  • Establish objectives and measure results for his/herdepartments
  • Define training needs for his/her departments andpropose training plan
  • Perform other duties asrequired.

QualificationsIGT Global Requirements

  • Follow allpolicies such as Code of Conduct, Confidentiality, InformationSecurity, Environmental Compliance, etc.

Education and ExperienceRequired

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business orAccounting and seven (7) years work experience in related fields orequivalent combination of education and experience.

SkillsRequired

  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
  • 7years supervisory experience, preferably in a high securityenvironment
  • Lottery experience an asset
  • Auditexperience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills acrossall levels of the organization
  • Skilled in training developmentand presentation
  • Effective written communication skills tocreate and deliver reports to senior management
  • The ability toestablish and maintain a professional and effective workingrelationship with employees at all levels in the organizations andexternal entities is essential to this position
  • MicrosoftOffice Suite experience required at intermediate level.

PreferredEducation, Experience or Skills

  • Certifications in a relatedfield of study
  • Six Sigma and Lean experience.

  • $250,500.

The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower.

The Company will comply with all local pay requirements andcollective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is onlyone part of our Total Rewards program. Sales roles may be eligiblefor commission payments, while other roles are eligible fordiscretionary bonuses.
