- Operations Manager for Commercial Cleaning Company Stratus Building Solutions of Atlanta Marietta, GA 30064 Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Brand Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that enhance our market presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of financial principles to ensure brand initiatives align with overall business objectives. Responsibilities. - Operations Manager is responsible for and has corresponding authority for the following:
- Build relationships with both Stratus clientele and Stratus franchisees
- Receive and remedy customer complaints
- Conduct quality audits to guarantee high quality of service to our clients
- Handle the start-up of service to new customers
- Handle transfers of service from one franchisee to another
- Quote and sell one-time services to existing customers
- Train new franchisees
- Conduct quarterly meetings with franchisees
Skills Needed:

Bilingual:
English & Spanish strongly preferred
- Be able to multitask with ease
- Discipline to work from home and in the field
- Be able to effectively and efficiently resolve a wide range of customer issues
- Have a demonstrated record of leadership and be able to lead by example
- Have a history of coaching and growing a strong team
- Computer skills including ability to navigate the internet, email, Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Communication skills and the ability to get along with people from diverse backgrounds
- Experience in janitorial operations strongly preferred
