We are seeking a Staff Product Compliance Manager to guide the company as it grows its payments business and capabilities, with a strong focus on supporting our merchant business and ensuring adherence to payment ecosystem requirements. This role is hybrid with on-site expectations of three days per week. What you’ll bring 5+ years of dedicated experience in fintech product compliance within the Payments industry, with specific expertise in money transmission and card brand rules. In-depth knowledge of payment processing (ACH, credit card), electronic fund transfers, and the regulatory landscape impacting money movement, including state and federal money transmitter laws, PCI-DSS, and card network operating rules. Proven project management skills and experience collaborating cross-functionally on time-sensitive projects. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, legal studies, or equivalent experience How you will lead Work directly with the business and broader Legal and Compliance team to help drive money movement compliance across existing and future products in both US and Canadian markets. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience creating, monitoring, and enhancing policies, procedures, and controls to evaluate the effectiveness of a compliance program. The candidate would have experience building risk assessments and presenting results of control monitoring and testing to management. Partner closely on all aspects of the business including product development, customer success, operations, and risk management with a focus on new offerings in both US and Canadian markets. Aid in the development of business operations policies/procedures and ensure implementation of compliance processes with the operations team, and other functional and business units in both US and Canadian markets. Contribute to third party, government and internal audits and inquiries in both US and Canadian markets. Work with Product Attorneys and Global Corporate Affairs to help evaluate the regulatory environment and implement changes across products in both US and Canadian markets. This will often involve work with internal teams and outside Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and industry trends in US and Canadian Help drive the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage, enabling growth and customer delight in both US and Canadian markets.
