Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in compliance, risk management, program management or consulting.

Preferred qualifications:

Familiarity with industry-accepted compliance policies and frameworks. Understanding of compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks. Ability to analyze business processes, identify risks and dependencies, and propose solutions. Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams, executive management, and regulators. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; effectively write, edit and collaborate, including emails, documentation and slide presentations. About the job We partner closely with Google’s central Legal, Policy, and Compliance teams on key initiatives and also manage significant scaled vendor operations that support critical compliance workflows, particularly for the Ads business. Provide subject matter expertise for scaled compliance workflows, monitoring performance, suggesting enhancements, and implementing improvements. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced setting, aligning stakeholders on decisions and adapting to changes. Develop training materials, deliver training segments, challenge the status quo, and solve problems to improve compliance effectiveness.
