You will orchestrate every step of the onboarding process—entity formation, insurance setup, driver qualification, IFTA/IRP filings, vehicle branding, escrow fund administration—and ensure ongoing compliance. You’ll configure and maintain our CRM/ERP workflows, monitor key performance and compliance metrics, and act as the Super Admin for our back-office systems.

Key Oversights:

Entity Formation & Tax Registration Guide new operators through LLC formation, EIN issuance, and optional S-Election filing. Track state tax registrations and maintain corporate filings. Insurance & Permits Coordination Manage primary liability, cargo, and physical-damage policies; invoice and track reimbursements. Oversee IRP plate registration and quarterly IFTA filings; distribute decals. Driver Qualification & Safety Compliance Administer Driver Qualification Files (CDL, MVR, drug tests, medical exams). Review pre-trip/post-trip inspection reports; flag non-compliant equipment. Monitor

FMCSA SMS/CSA

scores and escalate safety alerts. Workflow & System Administration Configure and maintain onboarding workflows in CRM/ERP (Asana, Jira, Salesforce). Create user roles and permissions; audit system access quarterly. Generate dashboards and reports on onboarding timelines, compliance rates, and escrow balances. Escrow & Financial Reconciliation Set up escrow accounts and automate weekly deductions. Conduct final reconciliations upon contract termination and process refunds. Pilot & Beta Program Support Facilitate Baby Brains™ pilot onboarding: API key provisioning, sandbox data feeds, user accounts. Collect feedback and coordinate model-refinement requests with the AGI Architect. What You’ll Do Lead end-to-end owner-operator onboarding: LLC/EIN/S-Election filings, insurance setup, IFTA/IRP registrations, and escrow fund administration Manage Driver Qualification Files (CDL, MVR, drug tests, medical exams) and vehicle inspection workflows Configure and optimize CRM/ERP onboarding pipelines (Hubspot/Zoho, Asana/Jira) and user roles Support Baby Brains™ integrations: provision API keys, map data flows, train partners on the AGI dispatch dashboard, and collect feedback for model refinements Generate real-time compliance and financial dashboards; audit escrow deductions and coordinate final reconciliations Monitor
