These changes will enhance the capability of Computershare’s global Procurement teams. To support our vision for the Procurement function, we are building new capabilities in our CoE of which this role will be part of. These capabilities will cover sourcing and contracting, data analytics and reporting, systems and process improvements, as well as third-party risk management and vendor management activities. Third-party relationships play a critical role in our success, but they also come with risk. That’s where our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) team steps in—ensuring that the partners we rely on are compliant, secure, and aligned with our standards. We’re looking for a Third Party Risk Manager who thrives at the intersection of risk, compliance, and supplier management. In this global role, you’ll be responsible for conducting supplier pre-qualifications and criticality assessments, executing risk evaluations in line with global policies, and ensuring that all third-party engagements meet regulatory and client requirements. You’ll generate key reports for stakeholders across Compliance, Audit, and Client teams, and maintain accurate documentation to support reviews and evidence requests. A role you will love This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration—you’ll act as a bridge between Procurement, Risk, Legal, Compliance, InfoSec, and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. You’ll participate in virtual due diligence reviews with vendors, lead process improvements across the vendor management lifecycle, and manage a growing team to deliver consistent, high-quality results. Key Responsibilities:

Improve upon on-boarding and regular assessments process, including tracking of cycles and reporting status Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (e.g. InfoSec, Assurance, Privacy, etc) to ensure appropriate compliance with all regulatory requirements as part of the due diligence review Attend monthly Shared Assessment forum and report back industry changes Conduct assessments for new and existing third-party relationships, focusing on areas key risk areas Establish and maintain a risk register to document, track, and report on identified risks and mitigation strategies. Train internal stakeholders on third-party risk management policies, tools, and best practices to foster a risk-aware culture. Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging risks to continuously improve third-party risk management practices. Collaborate with stakeholders in policy, risk/legal, and compliance groups to address bottlenecks, improve processes, and enhance efficiency across the organization. Provide input to governance and reporting processes, clarifying accountability and ensuring leadership is informed of key risks and compliance issues. Implement process improvements to supplier onboarding procedures, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments. Manage the end-to-end supplier life cycle with COE Procurement Peers and Stakeholders What will you bring to the role? Required:

Extensive years’ experience with performing due diligence assessments CTPRP certification or equivalent TPRM certification Project management qualification – or significant experience in this field

Preferred:

In depth understanding of procurement policies, compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks such as

OCC, OSFI, FAC

etc. Industry certification such as CTCRP or CTRPA, ABPMP, FCIPS, CIPS, or CPSM, or Six-Sigma Bachelor’s degree in business Strong in years assessment experience and/or TPRM experience Rewards designed for you Paid parental leave , flexible working and a caring and inclusive culture.
