Job Summary:
- In charge of employee in-service trainings, auditing and documentationfor all Evergreen Assisted Living facilities in Maine. Healthcareemployee will care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients in anassisted living community.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Completes in-service trainings for new staff, including but not limitedto trainings on: C-Pap machines, insulin, Hoyer lifts, toileting, properpatient care, etcConducts monthly in-service trainings at each facility and doescheck-ins with staff to insure they are comfortable preforming theirassigned tasksOnboarding and new hire trainingReceiving and auditing onboarding checklist from house managersCo facilitating new employee orientation with HR and other nursingstaff.
Monitors Relias to ensure staff are completing regularly assignedtrainingsAudits residential charts for accuracy and completenessAccurately completes documentation on ADLs and Care PlansMeet with staff to advise on ADLsWill travel to all Evergreen Maine communities, with a base in Bangor,MECollaborative role with human resources, recruitment, retention of newstaff through training and evaluationIdentify and report areas of improvement opportunitiesWork with RN Care Coordinator on division of dutiesOther duties as assigned by
Regional VP of MaineRequired Skills/Abilities:
Experience working as an RN in an Assisted Living environment, PreferredKnowledgeable in State and Federal regulationsMust have valid drivers license and reliable transportationExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent patient care skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailMust have time management skills with proven ability to meet deadlinesProficient with MS Office Suite, PCC or related softwareExperience working in an assisted living facilityMDS Certified, a plusThis role is essential for maintaining our organizations integrity andensuring that we operate within legal frameworks while achieving ourbusiness objectives.
