Job Description:

Job Summary This position assists and reviews UPS Feeder activities to ensure timely and proficient service. He/She assist with compliance and safety training for employees in the Feeder department. He/She completes fuel and oil reports to maintain proper amounts of fuel to maintain proficient service to our customers. He/She completes payroll and timecards for employees in the Feeder Department. He/She helps with administrative activities within the Feeder Department.

Responsibilities:

Reviews driver hours to ensure regulatory compliance. Conducts hazardous materials audits and review safety reports. Reviews and completes safety compliance training. Verifies appropriate driver uniforms and utilization of safe work methods. Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans. Conducts Fuel and Oil reports and audits Responsible for payroll/timecards

Qualifications:

Supervisory experience – Preferred Strong communication skills Availability to work flexible shift/hours, up to 5 days per week (Tues-Sat)
