We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated person tojoin our team at Intapp. This position is responsible foroverseeing and managing compliance with laws, regulations, andinternal policies within the organization. The individual worksclosely with relevant teams to ensure the business operates withina legal and ethical framework. They also conduct audits,investigate compliance issues, and ensure corrective actions aretaken where necessary.
What you will do: Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s complianceframework to ensure adherence to relevant regulations. Monitor and evaluate existing internal controls, policies, andprocedures for regulatory compliance and industry bestpractices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate compliancerequirements into operations. Perform risk assessments and audits to identify potentialcompliance risks within the company’s operations, supply chains,and third-party partnerships. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and bestpractices to proactively address new compliance challenges. Provide training and guidance to employees on compliancepolicies, procedures, and best practices, promoting a culture ofcompliance throughout the organization. Prepare and submit regular compliance reports to seniorleadership, highlighting any compliance issues, improvements, orrisks. Assist in diligence of acquisition targets and review ofcompany’s plans to set-up operations in new geographies to evaluatecompliance risks.
What you will need: Bachelor’s degree 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferablywith experience at a technology or cloud software company. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with theability to collaborate effectively across teams and communicatecomplex compliance concepts to stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with aproactive approach to addressing legal and compliancechallenges. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admissionto the bar in at least one jurisdiction. Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP) or otherrelevant certifications preferred.
Familiarity with the following:
U.S. (OFAC – Office of Foreign Assets Controls) and EU Economicand Export Restrictions. Technology export licensing requirements (US Dept of Commerce -Bureau of Industry and Security). U.S. and foreign privacy law, including
EU/UK GDPR.
Insider trading policies.
