S. Nuclear business segment. This role is instrumental in shaping best practices, mitigating compliance risks, and establishing a mature, sustainable Compliance Management Program . Key Responsibilities:
Design & Implement short
- and long-term federal compliance strategies for the U.
S. Nuclear division. Build & Lead a compliance team, defining job roles and responsibilities. Develop & Execute plans to ensure successful project delivery and transition into a mature compliance program. Establish Key Relationships with federal clients, suppliers, and regulatory bodies. Monitor Compliance Risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies. Manage Budgets & Reporting to ensure financial discipline and transparency. Contribute to Federal Services Leadership and support business expansion efforts. Provide Leadership & Succession Planning for key compliance management positions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; J.D., MBA, or advanced degree preferred . 12+ years of experience managing large, complex federal compliance projects (preferably in Construction, Engineering, or Nuclear). Experience in U.S. defense contracting and compliance. Strong knowledge of FAR, DFAR, EAR, ITAR, DEAR, and GSA regulations . Understanding of export law, cybersecurity regulations, and foreign ownership control (FOCI) . Extensive experience working with senior executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
