THE POSITIONAs a QMS & Product Compliance Director hereat Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the qualityand regulatory compliance of our Personal Protective Equipment(PPE) products. Your expertise in Quality Management Systems (QMS)and regulatory requirements will be instrumental in maintaining thehighest standards of safety and performance for our PPE products.
Inthis role, you will be responsible for developing and implementingQMS processes, conducting audits, and driving continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance product quality and compliance.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS) for ourPPE products Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industrystandards Conduct audits and inspections to assess and improve productquality and regulatory compliance Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuousimprovement initiatives Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and industry bestpractices Provide guidance and support to the team in resolving qualityand regulatory issues

Due to compliance withU.S. export control laws and regulations, candidates must be U.S.Persons, defined as a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, orhave protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status orhave the ability to obtain an export authorization.
MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field 8+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems andregulatory compliance Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for PPE productsWEVALUE Master’s degree in Engineering or related field Experience in the safety industry or PPE manufacturing Certification in Quality Management Systems or RegulatoryAffairs Strong understanding of international regulatoryrequirements Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
