The Program Compliance Unit Supervisor leads and manages a team of consultants who evaluate and complete follow-up on eligibility decisions made by agencies that administer the Subsidized Child Care Assistance Program. Minimum Education and Experience Requirements Bachelor s degree in child development, early childhood education, special education, social work, or related human services area from an appropriately accredited institution and four years of experience in a child care or related setting involving the coordination, evaluation, or administration of a comprehensive program of child care services; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
