Position SummaryReporting to the General Counsel, the VicePresident of Corporate Compliance is a strategic leader responsiblefor designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust corporatecompliance program for Ralliant, in collaboration with complianceprofessionals across Ralliant’s business segments. This individualensures the organization adheres to legal standards, regulatoryrequirements, and internal policies while promoting a culture ofethics and integrity. The VP of Corporate Compliance willcollaborate with cross-functional leaders to mitigate risk, driveand support a culture of integrity, and guide the organizationthrough complex compliance or enforcement matters.
KeyResponsibilitiesStrategic Compliance Leadership Develop and execute the organization’s compliance strategy,aligning it with corporate goals and regulatory requirements. Oversee the design and implementation of compliance frameworks,systems, and policies across global operations. Regularly update the board, audit committee, and executiveleadership. Establish clear performance indicators and objectives formeasuring compliance effectiveness.
Regulatory Compliance and RiskManagement Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industrystandards, including but not limited to
FCPA, EU
WhistleblowerDirective, and other relevant laws. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliancerisks. Oversee compliance audits, investigations, and remediationplans.
Program Development and Implementation Establish policies and procedures to ensure organizationalcompliance with ethical and legal standards. Develop and deliver compliance training programs for employeesand leadership. Maintain a global concern reporting system; ensure prompt androbust investigation of concerns raised. Lead an annual enterprise-wide risk assessment program. Design and implement compliance monitoring andauditing.
Reporting and Communication Maintain clear and transparent reporting mechanisms forcompliance concerns and violations. Provide guidance and reports to senior leadership, the board,and the audit committee on compliance matters and emergingrisks. Act as the primary liaison with regulatory agencies. Participate in quarterly reviews with external auditors.
TeamLeadership and Collaboration Build and lead a high-performing compliance team, fostering aculture of accountability and collaboration. Partner with business leaders across functions to integratecompliance into daily operations.
Candidate ProfileRalliant seeks anintellectually curious compliance leader with deep experience inregulatory compliance, internal policies and procedures, reporting,and disclosures. The role requires a strong leader with vision andpassion to build and transform the organization for thefuture.
Required Qualifications 10+ years of progressive experience in an in-house legalcompliance role, with at least 5 years in a senior leadershiprole. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of effective corporatecompliance programs. Proven ability to manage global compliance programs in acomplex, multi-jurisdictional environment. Expertise in responding to regulatory inquiries and managingenforcement actions. Bachelor’s degree and JD required. Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g., FCPA,EU Whistleblower Directive). Knowledge of government contracting and compliance is aplus. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagementabilities. A continuous improvement mindset – knowledge of Six Sigma,LEAN, Agile, TPS preferred. Knowledge of data privacy requirements and labor and employmentsensitivities in complex cross-border investigations. Expertise in analyzing and interpreting data. Ability to work in a lean and highly matrixed environment. Awareness of and demonstrated sensitivity to globalcultures.
