We are seeking a highly experienced Engineering Manager with astrong background in UL508A panel compliance , regulatoryengineering standards , product validation/testing , and automationcontrol systems . Description Key Responsibilities:

Leadcross-functional teams in the design, development, and testing ofcontrol panels and power distribution systems. Ensure engineeringprocesses meet UL508A, NEC, IEC, and other relevant regulatorystandards. Oversee product validation and compliance testingprotocols for new and existing solutions. Collaborate with QA,Manufacturing, and Field Engineering teams to drive projectsuccess. Support internal and external audits related to electricaland automation standards. Develop and maintain technicaldocumentation, including BOMs, schematics, and validation reports.

Mentor and guide engineering staff in best practices for safety,compliance, and design integrity.

Profile Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 7years of experience in engineering roles related to power systems,automation, or industrial control. Proven expertise in UL508A paneldesign/build and regulatory compliance. Strong background inPLC/DCS systems, instrumentation, and power distribution.

Experience with product testing , validation, and commissioning.

Familiarity with engineering tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks,MATLAB/Simulink, or LabVIEW. Effective communication and projectmanagement skills.
