Full Job Description Job Summary:
The Compliance Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Compliance in managing all regulatory compliance and licensing requirements for the casino. This role works in conjunction with the Director of Compliance to ensure that all operations comply with applicable gaming laws, internal policies, and industry standards.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in compliance, gaming, or related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the gaming industry. In-depth knowledge of casino operations and gaming regulations (e.g., local Lottery Commission rules). Strong analytical, investigative, and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism. Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus. Monitor and interpret gaming regulations and ensure the casino operates within legal boundaries. Develop, implement, and update internal controls, policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. At the direction and supervision of the Director of Compliance, engage with gaming authorities, submit required reports, and help coordinate audits or investigations. the licensing process for employees and vendors. Conduct regular internal audits and risk assessments, report findings to senior management. Train staff on compliance protocols, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and responsible gaming requirements. Investigate and report any compliance violations or suspicious activity. Maintain detailed records of compliance-related documentation and correspondence. Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on regulatory risk and best practices.
